By downloading or using the WE IN LA app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• You agree not to post false, misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant WE IN LA a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Accuracy of Information

• Information about places, tips, events, and listings may be incomplete or outdated.
• WE IN LA does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any content.
• Always verify important information from official sources before making decisions.
• AI assistant responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice.

In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Apple and subject to Apple's terms.
• Fees are charged once and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Listing fees are for a fixed publication period (14 days) and do not auto-renew.
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WE IN LA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the App.
